New Jamaican Restaurant & Lounge, Mangrove, to Launch in Miami
The team behind local Jamaican food chain Jrk! is launching a new venture, Mangrove, in downtown Miami. This Caribbean restaurant, bar, and lounge is set to open its doors on Thursday, February 15. Inspired by their success with Jrk!, the concept for Mangrove also revolves around classic Jamaican food, with an added twist of vibrant cocktails, vinyl music, and a strong community spirit. Managed by Max Pierre, Mangrove hopes to establish fresh standards in casual fine dining. “It’s about facilitating unity among people through the medium of food, culture, and music,” says Pierre.
